  • Advise if you will be living in the property purchased.

  • Name of the home insurance provider.

  • Information about existing tenants (if applicable).

  • Birth date, Social Insurance Number (for First Time Homebuyers).

  • Information regarding Survey Certificate (if available).

  • Residential address for the last two years (for First Time Homebuyers).

  • Names of Strata Management company & Strata Manager (For Strata Property).
